1. Complete Confidentiality: All content provided to us (photos, videos, audio files) will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Only our designated team of editors and designers will have access to your material, ensuring its exclusive use solely for your project.

2. Optional Confidentiality Agreement: For added peace of mind, we offer the option to sign a formal confidentiality agreement through a trusted legal service. Please note that any associated legal costs will be covered by the client. This agreement ensures an extra layer of protection for your content.

3. Secure Transfer and Storage: To ensure the security of your files, we accept materials via email or WhatsApp in document format. All files are safeguarded with industry-standard security measures to prevent unauthorized access or data breaches.

4. Exclusive Project Use: The content you provide will be used exclusively for the editing and production of your specific project. Under no circumstances will we share, publish, or repurpose your material for any other use without your explicit written consent.

5. Material Deletion Policy: Upon final approval of your project, all files will be securely deleted from our systems within 30 days to further protect your privacy.

Payment and Delivery Process

To get started, once you’ve chosen your preferred package, an initial 50% payment of the agreed budget is required. The remaining balance is paid upon delivery of the final videos.Each of our three editing packages includes fast delivery within 24 hours, and the personalization is done entirely according to your tastes and style, ensuring a unique and exclusive final result.

Service Policy and Editing Process

Once the service is booked, we begin working immediately to deliver results of the highest quality. Please note that due to the personalized nature of our work, no refunds are issued. However, if the video does not meet your expectations, we offer a set number of revisions as specified in each package. Additionally, throughout the editing process, you will have access to personalized creative consulting to ensure that the final result aligns perfectly with your expectations.
